7up Team By using the website and its associated mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read this entire document carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions 7up Team and its users. This agreement is governed by international gaming laws and applicable regulations.

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email must be provided accurately.
• If any changes occur, immediately 7up Teammust be notified.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be opened in someone else's name or identity.

7up Team Services are provided exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is considered a legal violation.

One of the following documents is required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• National ID Card (NID) – both sides
• Passport – front page and photo page
• Driving license (where applicable)
• Screenshot or statement of the payment method used

KYC verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

7up TeamDeposits are currently accepted via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or equivalent currency.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300

• No service charge on deposits
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted
• Suspicious deposits may remain on hold until verified

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go through Mobile Pay.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes – 24 hours
• For VIP members: 15 minutes – 1 hour
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Multiple withdrawals can be made in a single day (limits apply)

To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met. If wagering is not completed, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, you may use the cash-out feature to partially or fully sell your bet.

• Each bet will be settled at the platform's current odds
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
• In case of disputed results, official sources will be referenced
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the amount will be returned
• If match manipulation is suspected, bet settlement may be put on hold
• Maximum win limits may apply in certain markets

All bonus offers carry their own specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those terms.

• Welcome bonus wagering is typically 8x–12x
• Winnings from free bets may also be subject to wagering requirements
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games or markets
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days
• Accounts found to have misused bonuses will be temporarily suspended

The following activities 7up Teamis strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage)
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation
• Placing bets using software or bots
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Stealing another user's information or engaging in fraud

7up Team reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any reason. This typically occurs in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of Terms & Conditions
• Incomplete or false KYC information
• Extended inactivity (18+ months)
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request
• Suspicious transaction activity

If an account is closed, the original deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be refunded provided no terms have been violated. The refund process may take 5–10 business days.

7up Team Shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues
• User device or software issues
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Unexpected technical error
• Direct financial losses from betting
